What we collect

When you RSVP to one of our events, we collect your name and email address, plus an optional guest count and an optional note. That’s it — no accounts, no payments, no tracking profiles.

Why we collect it

Your RSVP details are used only for guestlist purposes: putting your name on the door list, managing event capacity, and contacting you about the specific event you signed up for (for example, if plans change). The same notice appears on the RSVP form itself.

What we never do

• We never sell or rent your details. A few service providers (hosting, database, email delivery and spam protection) process them on our behalf, only to run this site.
• We never add you to marketing lists without your consent.
• We never process payments — our guestlist is free.

Where the data lives

Submissions are stored in our content management system, accessible only to the collective’s admins. Door lists are exported for the night of the event and used by our door crew only.

Analytics & cookies

This site doesn’t run analytics or advertising trackers.

We set no tracking cookies, so there’s no cookie banner. Our RSVP spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) may set a strictly necessary cookie while it verifies you are human. The video on the home page is served by YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode and only loads when you scroll to it.

Your data, your call

You can ask for a copy of your RSVP data or have it deleted at any time. Email us at the address in the site footer and we’ll take care of it.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
